Returning in four simple steps

    Start your return

    Log into your account, open the order and choose the items to send back.

    Print your label

    We'll email a prepaid, fully tracked returns label within minutes.

  3. 3

    Pack it up

    Repack the piece with its tags in the original box to keep it protected.

  4. 4

    Drop it off

    Leave it at any drop-off point. Refunds land within 5 working days of arrival.

  • Unworn pieces with all tags attached
  • Items in their original box and packaging
  • Returns started within 30 days of delivery

We're unable to accept

  • Worn, altered or damaged pieces
  • Personalised or monogrammed orders
  • Gift cards and final-sale items

Once your return arrives, we inspect and refund within 5 working days. Your bank may take a further 2–3 days to show it.

Yes. Start a return and place a new order for the size you'd like — this is the fastest way to secure your piece before it sells out.

Free for the UK, EU and US. For other regions a small tracked-label fee is deducted from your refund and shown before you confirm.

We're sorry. Email a photo to hello@silkandsterling.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away, outside the usual window.
